Common Reasons for your order to be Delayed
The Majority of the orders are shipped and delivered on time. However, some delays may occur Due to the following:
- Incomplete Shipping Address provided.
- Postcode does not match Address.
- P.O. Box - Courier Companies Do Not Deliver to PO Box Addresses, so if your Order is larger than 2 Kilograms, we will need your physical address.
- Reasons Beyond our Control:- Example weather, Shipping company errors, strikes etc.
- Holiday Seasons:- During Ramadan & Eid Season we have a high number of Orders, so may incur some backlog and also during National Festive seasons such Christmas, shipping companies may experience delays.
- Shortage of ordered item(s) or out of Print Titles. We will contact you ASAP
Returns Policy
If you believe that you have been mislead into buying any of our items, or the items are damaged, simply advise us by email and return the items to the address provided by us. We will refund you for the Full Amount, if you so wish Return delivery costs may be deducted from your refund depending on the reason for return
- The items must be in the original condition and packaging with any security seals intact.
- Repackage the products securely and send to the address provided.
- Include the reason for the return, the invoice number and your email address or telephone number. Tell us if you would like a refund or a replacement.
- If we dont receive the item we cant refund you or replace it, so we recommend you obtain a certificate of posting.
Claims for damaged/ short delivery must be made in writing within 3 days of receipt of goods. Goods supplied by the company which are proved to be defective through faulty material or workmanship, will be replaced or at our discretion their value will be refunded, provided that we are notified in writing within 28 days from the date of delivery and the goods alleged to be defective are returned to us.
